LONDON (Reuters) - More than 2,000 people were known to have been executed around the world last year, the vast majority of them in China, followed by Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United States, Amnesty International said on Thursday.

Do those cornholes really expect us to believe those numbers? ONLY 94 in Iran and ONLY 86 in Saudi?
I seriously doubt there were that few.
The important part here is that they just had to throw U.S. in the headline to make us look bad. Personally, I think we have too few executions, but that's another post.
Uh, go ahead and include the numbers from China why don't you? From Wikipedia:
China performed more than 3400 executions in 2004 and these amount to more than 90% of executions worldwide.Sorry, didn't see any numbers newer than that.
We can't hold a candle to those trigger-happy animals.
