Before you get all vindictive and shit there girlie, find out if it wasn't their own fault first. They may have unwittingly gone into an unsafe area without checking it all out first. After all, the mine had been closed for a long spell during the holiday season. Those men may have gone in there without first pre-shifting it thoroughly to make sure it was safe to re-enter.
Or, it may have been negligence by the company's...

While I feel badly for all these families, none of this changes the fact that they were dead in the first place. It's a simple case of tragic misunderstanding and miscommunication, and of someone jumping the gun in wanting to convey what he thought was good news. The end result is the same. There should be no lawsuits whatsoever. But I know there will be. Mental cruelty and pain and suffering and shit like that. They're still dead. They just had to face it three hours later than they thought.
Everyone is too sue happy nowdays. Greedy bastards.
It was an accident. I'm guessing they didn't want to die. Is it going to bring daddy back if your bank account gets filled a little?
I don't think so. All it may do is ruin the company so they fold up and put everyone else out of a job.
