GANTANAMO BAY U.S. NAVAL BASE, Cuba (Reuters) - The U.S. military has lost a year's worth of records describing the Guantanamo confinement of Osama bin Laden's driver, a prosecutor said at the Yemeni captive's war court hearing on Thursday.

I can't see shoehorning the entire "U.S. Military" into this particular shoe. Someone, somewhere may have destroyed them, but this is a typical libtard media spin trying to trash the military once again. Fuckers.

Personally, I wish they'd conveniently lose him. Just sayin....
Chances are they 'lost the records' because he squealed enough valuable information that they either want to:
a) reward him with witness protection for something major he's given them...
or
b) there's actionable stuff or people he named that they are currently going after - and they know all the Congressweenies will be shooting their mouths off to the press about....
Either way it's probably stuff they don't want getting out JUST YET...
sk,
No shit.
anonymous,
That's what I'm thinking.
