Unauthorized Reproduction BillYeah. I expect this to become law a day, maybe two, before hell freezes over.

The change in Indiana law to require marriage as a condition for motherhood and criminalizing 'unauthorized reproduction' was introduced at a summer meeting of the Indiana General Assembly's Health Finance Commission on September 29 and a final version of the bill will come up for a vote at the next meeting at the end of this month.

Supposedly, this is only for women who want to become pregnant using "assisted reproduction therapy". But it is definitely only the tip of a major iceberg.
Anyway, rest easy. So far, it's still legal to get knocked up screwing Johnny in the back seat of the Kia.
Update:
Legislator drops controversial planCame to your senses eh senator?
A controversial proposed bill to prohibit gays, lesbians and single people from using medical procedures to become pregnant has been dropped by its legislative sponsor.
State Sen. Patricia Miller, R-Indianapolis, issued a one-sentence statement this afternoon saying: “The issue has become more complex than anticipated and will be withdrawn from consideration by the Health Finance Commission.”

I didn't think Indiana was that...well, Massachusettes-y.
I'll catch shit from around the world, but I agree. I don't think kids should be raised in that environment.
Call me old-fashioned, conservative, narrow minded whateverthefuck you want, but I think homosexuality is not ok. Even more so, in this day and age it has turned into some sort of 'proud' lifestyle, or even a badge of honor.
Men and women have certain parts that were designed to do a specific thing - make babies. If you have certain parts and for some reason are sexually attracted to someone else who has those same parts, you have a problem.
I think it's an illness, and no one should be subjected to it. Not even unknowing kids.
