- Loses a ton of money from the scam, then
- Turns around and presses charges against the fool,

actually she should be forced to eat wendys every day forever. wouldnt that be a bad punishment. the lawyers who told her she haad a case should also be liable for wendys losses, its scumbags like them that put these ideas into peoples heads
And not just any Wendy's food. It must be chili.
I hope they serve chili on a regular basis at the correctional center at least.
