NEW YORK On its front page Tuesday, The New York Times published a photo of new U.S. Supreme Court nominee Harriet Miers going over a briefing paper with President George W. Bush at his Crawford ranch “in August 2001,” the caption reads. So what does all this mean? Only one thing. Big media is trying to discredit Bush's latest nominee.
[...] “Miers assumed such an insider role that in 2001 it was she who handed Bush the crucial 'presidential daily briefing' hinting at terrorist plots against America just a month before the Sept. 11 attacks.”
I'm willing to bet he has that sort of title every morning. And whoever happens to be the one to hand him that piece of paper is exactly that. The one who hands him the paper.
I don't care one way or the other regarding Miers here. Don't know her. Don't know her background. From what I hear though, she has no background.
Perhaps Bush could have made a better choice after all.

...and a marguerite. :)
He has to get rid of democrats somehow to increase the republican numbers.
He could always abort all the caucasion babies in Massachusetts...
That's an idea.
Although, Massachusettes is already quite an abortion.
